The theme in all of these paintings is other-worldly landscapes. I like to imagine beautiful and far away places that we cannot visit and then put my thoughts onto canvas. I enjoy layering the paint and applying it in interesting ways to create depth and texture. There are two more pieces in this series that have already been sold. I will post pictures of them in my next blog entry covering recently sold works.
